Liliana of the Nouveau

Working more on the Art Nouveau technique which seems to be popular. Basically just trying to broaden my abilities a bit before SCG St. Louis and the Invitational in Charlotte.

I'm Headed for the Top!

Working on some basic extension commissions tonight. Really on a roll.

Loxodon Warhammer & Rune-Scarred Demon

I've been pretty busy as of late, building an inventory in anticipation/planning of attending an SCG open soon.

Swords for Days

Some Swords commissions done for my friend Eddie. A Solemn Simulacrum and a Not-So-Demonic Tutor to follow!

This makes 6 alters in 2 days.

Towards the end of this alter I decided that adding some gold leafing in areas would look nice against the range of colors used. I was very pleased with the turnout, but feel I might have gone overboard.
This card is one of my favorites. Not only for the ability but also the beautiful artwork.

I'm seated on a furnace.

After seeing some of the alter artists that were featured at SCG Baltimore, I decided I needed to step up my game and my production. I am determined to be invited to paint at one of their events and I firmly believe it's only a matter of time before it happens. With that being said, enjoy:

Avenge me, baby!

I seem to still be on this Commander kick as of late. I was pleased with how this one turned out:

Not my first alter, but definitely my first blog.

My Sword of War and Peace kept staring at me from my binder, screaming "PAINT ME!!!" I would avoid its stares and look other ways, but it finally won. At last:
I was very pleased with how this turned out, although I'm not 100% happy with the top. Other than that I really think I have thus improved as of late.
